Optical toys Workshop

Lafayette Anticipations regularly offers artistic experimentation workshops. The programme is multidisciplinary and focuses on the visual arts, but also on fashion, design and performance. The workshops are conceived as a time for sharing skills, know-how and techniques, but also for reflecting on the uses of these techniques, which allow the public to establish a direct relationship with creation.

During the exhibitions, family weekends are organised. The Foundation welcomes emerging artists who offer original workshops close to their artistic practice to enable children to discover a world and techniques that are out of the ordinary.

During the festivals and in connection with the programming, artists are invited to participate and propose workshops for the public (adult or young public).

Throughout the year, one artist is invited to the "Workshops in Residence" programme: an original invitation to produce a work with the public. These workshops are bi-monthly, open to all and can be attended individually or throughout the year. The idea is to produce a work in a collaborative manner with the public and different guests chosen by the artist to enrich the creation of the collective piece.

Publics in the social sphere

Lafayette Anticipations is committed to the so-called " distant" audiences.

The Fondation maintains close links with numerous associations working in this direction and regularly welcomes groups on visits or workshop. Since its opening in 2018, several artistic projects between associations and artists have also been designed by Lafayette Anticipations.

Some partners: Le Refuge, Culture & Hôpital, Timmy, l'atelier des artistes en exil...

During the festivals, Lafayette Anticipations offers places for the people benefiting from Cultures du Coeur

The Fondation is accessible to the public with reduced mobility. Accessibility information is available on the Jaccede platform.
