Atelier E.B.
Passer-by
Their first major exhibition in France is at the crossroads of contemporary creation, fashion history and museography. It opens in a showroom custom-built to present their latest collection, Jasperwear, and then presents a set of archives based on historical research on the role of the mannequin from antique sculpture to department store windows, ending with a series of commissions to contemporary artists sensitive to these subjects.
This booklet, the first issue of a collection of artists' notebooks, printed in risography, provides a wealth of information on the research that led to this exhibition.
Edited by Guillaume Houzé and François Quintin.
