Launch of the photographic book Trans-Ili Alatau (Laia Selects, 2023) by Anton Bialas and Kamilya Kuspanova, recalling their night-time memories in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
Kamilya Kuspanova is a visual artist.
Her photographic work explores the disorder of the world through an intimate state mixing dream and reality as a reflection of the signs of time.
Anton Bialas is a French-Swedish filmmaker.
His films have been shown in several international festivals such as the Critics' Week in Cannes, the Berlinale, FID Marseille, Visions du réel. He is currently working on his first feature film.
