Accompanied by Manon Delarue, lecturer and sports coach, you will walk through the historic heart of the district on a 3 km route.
From Lafayette Anticipations to the garden of the Carnavalet Museum, via the Carreau du Temple or the Centre Pompidou, this route is punctuated by physical exercises, during which you will be guided through the history and programming of the places you cross.
The tour is aimed at people in good physical shape. Jogging clothes and a pair of trainers are required.
