Domenique Dumont is a collaboration between a Latvian duo Arturs Liepins & Anete Stuce and an enigmatic artist from France who’s existence can neither be confirmed nor denied.
Domenique Dumont's musical universe is total and elusive. These ultra seductive pop ritornelli mobilize all our attention, concerned not to lose any details, of their construction.
The melodic substance of their music escapes, slips between the fingers as soon as you think you can reach it. Like that feeling of the end of summer, perfectly identifiable and yet elusive.
Just recently, in October 2018, the French music label Antinote released the second album by Domenique Dumont called « Miniatures de Auto Rhythm ».
