To mark her special visit to France for the launch of her latest book, Lafayette Anticipations n is hosting Argentine author Camila Sosa Villada for a talk followed by a book signing.
This collection, woven from nine stories that make up Camila’s literary landscape, begins with the eponymous short story I Am an Idiot for Loving You. Queer, fierce and tender, these short stories, published by Métailié, demonstrate the depth of her imagination and the unique place she occupies in the field of Spanish-language literature.
Her debut novel, Les Vilaines (laureate of the 2021 Madame Figaro Grand Prix de l’Héroïne), is a global literary phenomenon, translated into more than 20 languages.
