The publishing house innen is taking over the Fondation’s Agora with a unique weekend store, created in collaboration with La Librairie.

Founded in 2005 by Aaron Fabian, the Zurich-based publisher has established itself as a key player in contemporary micro-publishing, producing zines and artists’ books that explore alternative formats and singular perspectives on creative practice.

The weekend event presents the innen Anniversary Book — The First Years 2005–2025, Second Extended Edition, a 600-page hardcover publication featuring an introduction by Hans Ulrich Obrist and a front cover designed by Ed Fella, celebrating two decades of editorial exploration and collaborative artistic practices.  The book is co-published by P.A.M. (Australia) and Parco Publishing (Japan).

Alongside this release, the store features a curated selection from innen’s catalogue, including rare editions, new releases by ESSO and Nicolas Trembley, Margt cult titles, and back issues featuring artists such as Julia Chiang, Pol Anglada, Rita Ackermann, Remio, Finlay Flint, Yoko Ono, Ancco, Ippei Takahashi, Ed Ruscha, Francesca Gabbiani, Paul McCarthy, Sarah Pritchard, Nishimoto, Four Tet, Miriam Cahn, Kerim Seiler, Sabian Baumann, Marcel Freymond, Little Warsaw, and many more. The selection also includes flagship publications from Zug Magazine, innen’s biannual review mapping emerging art and visual culture scenes.

This exceptional weekend event and book launch offers a unique opportunity to discover innen’s publishing ecosystem.
